- BAGGU started in 2007 with a simple premise: to eliminate single-use plastic shopping bags. Concerned with the harmful impact of plastic shopping bags, we set out to find an alternative that was not only functional, but also stylish. When we couldn’t find one, we decided to make our own — with the idea that the best way to inspire positive change is through creative expression. The result was the Standard Baggu: a reusable bag made to eliminate waste by inspiring delight.
